Statute of Limitations

your injury clock is ticking

Your Statute-Of-Limitations Is Already Running

Statutes of Limitations - these are laws that bar claims after a certain period of time passes following an injury.  The period of time varies depending on the jurisdiction and the type of claim. Personal Injury - can be as little as 1 year from the date of injury. Workers’ Compensation - generally 3 years from the date of injury or last treatment paid for by workers’ compensation insurance (whichever is later).

Procrastinating could leave you with no ability to recover money from the at-fault party. Find out if there is still time.
